TERMS AND CONDITIONS
TAMANG ALAGA is an advocacy program of Med Express through the support of RiteMED that aims to promote patient adherence among those who are sick or taking chronic medications. The program promotes Tamang Gabay, Tamang Kaalaman, Tamang Ehersisyo, and Tamang Nutrisyon through patient education, medicine access, health counseling, and other patient-centric initiatives.
To become a member of Tamang Alaga, the patient or his / her carer (family member / guardian) should register on the program by: a) accomplishing the Tamang Alaga Sign-up form on the RiteMED website, or b) enrolling in Tamang Alaga activations. Registration of the patient in the Tamang Alaga program shall be considered as his / her voluntary consent to join the program and to all the program’s Terms and Conditions.
Tamang Alaga members are entitled to exclusive promos and discounts RiteMED products, when availed from Med Express . Other benefits of Tamang Alaga members include patient counseling, convenient access to health information, and loyalty rewards.
By enrolling in the Tamang Alaga program, members are hereby giving their consent to Med Express, including any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies, partners, and their employees, to use all the information and documents provided by the members and to communicate to the members through any form of communication, such as but not limited to personal visit, regular mail, electronic mail, phone call, text message, and any type of app-based messaging platforms, at any time of the day.
The members hereby grant Med Express, including any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies, partners, and their employees, the right to gather, store, compile, analyze, transmit, process and/or use the information and documents received through and under the Tamang Alaga program, in whatever manner, as may be deemed proper solely by Med Express.
The members acknowledge that the benefits of the Tamang Alaga program may be availed of only during the duration of the said program. Med Express retain the sole and exclusive right to discontinue or terminate the program, or change the mechanics of the program or amend the terms of its availment, at any time, based solely on its own discretion.
It is hereby understood that Med Express, including any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies, partners, and their employees, is not making any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or desired results arising from or in connection with a member’s participation in the Tamang Alaga program. A member agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Med Express, including any of its subsidiaries or affiliate companies, partners, and their employees, and/or agents from any and all liabilities whatsoever arising from or in connection with the participation of the member to the said program.
