Job Description

  • Promote healthcare products to members of the medical and allied professions through careful planning and implementation of strategic approaches in holding product promotional campaigns
  • Designs the master list of customers in his/her own territory
  • Determines potential market outlets in his/her territory/area
  • Designs and Plan daily itinerary of coverage and strategic approaches of calls and follow-ups
  • Recommends and implements specific promotional and marketing strategies and corresponding tactics to ensure sales
  • Determines and pinpoints competitive products and conducts dislodging procedures
  • Negotiates and come out with sales agreements to all channels and sees to it that necessary transactional documents are in order
  • Conducts Trade Check
  • Visits and convince key opinion leaders responsible for product inclusion/movement in the outlet
  • Gather and report the following information as needed: competitors promotional activities, medical trends in his/her territory, physicians and accounts comments, stock inventories, out of stock products
  • Recommends and implements specific promotional and marketing strategies and corresponding tactics to ensure sales.
  • Prepares and submits periodic reports

 

Required Skills

  • Graduate of any business course
  • With excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
  • With high customer orientation and very results-driven
  • Able to collaborate and work well with others
  • With good communication skills (oral and written)
  • Must have at least one (1) year Field Operations experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • To be assigned in the province (Visayas or Mindanao)
