Job Description
- Promote healthcare products to members of the medical and allied professions through careful planning and implementation of strategic approaches in holding product promotional campaigns
- Designs the master list of customers in his/her own territory
- Determines potential market outlets in his/her territory/area
- Designs and Plan daily itinerary of coverage and strategic approaches of calls and follow-ups
- Recommends and implements specific promotional and marketing strategies and corresponding tactics to ensure sales
- Determines and pinpoints competitive products and conducts dislodging procedures
- Negotiates and come out with sales agreements to all channels and sees to it that necessary transactional documents are in order
- Conducts Trade Check
- Visits and convince key opinion leaders responsible for product inclusion/movement in the outlet
- Gather and report the following information as needed: competitors promotional activities, medical trends in his/her territory, physicians and accounts comments, stock inventories, out of stock products
- Recommends and implements specific promotional and marketing strategies and corresponding tactics to ensure sales.
- Prepares and submits periodic reports
Required Skills
- Graduate of any business course
- With excellent communication skills and negotiation skills
- With high customer orientation and very results-driven
- Able to collaborate and work well with others
- With good communication skills (oral and written)
- Must have at least one (1) year Field Operations experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry
- To be assigned in the province (Visayas or Mindanao)
